    Issues with Weapon model sizes and some textures

    Hi everybody,

    I hope someone from the staff reads this, as I wanted to congratulate on a very entertaining and enjoyable game, hope to see much more to come in the future

    I am aware that many will see this as a rather unimportant thing, but one of the big joys of this game was its arsenal. After the initial excitement wore off, however, I found some things that are wrong with the weapon models in the game:

    this is by far not a complete list, so anybody feel free to add! btw, is there something like an offical bug tracker? Back in Arma at least you could directly report bugs...


    Magazines / Weapon sizes in general:

    Steyer AUG A3: displays a 42rnd magazine as the 30rnd one, the 20rnd Magazine however shows the correct 30rnd.


    H&K G28: the caliber of the rifle seems to be (Judging by the magazine well) NOT 7.62x51 but 5.556x45, which make the rifle look a bit too small when compared with the magazines from the MK14/MK17/SR25/AK47...also, when looking at it from this angle, the magazine looks like a single stack magazine.


    Saiga 12:
    I can't put my finger on it, but the gun appears too big for me, way too big. There are versions of it, which have about the same size as a SR-25 but those are longbarrel versions, and to be honest, I'd expect a covert ops team to use the tactical carbine versions of this gun, or at least one with a collapsible stock...

    Iadmit, the saiga here has the long barell, but come on, is Nomad a dwarf?

    for now I'm done with ranting, as I said, I love this game!

    and should anybody with a connection to the devs read this, may I post two wishes?
    1.)standalone grenadelaunchers like the M-79/MK13 or the GM-94?
    2.)Ability to redress and reequip your AI Teammates...their choice of gear is, well, it sucks.

    one more thing: is it an ATI related issue that some of the clothes show the selected textures way darker than you'd expect or are they dspaying a constant wet look?


    Oh and two more things, which are not really bugs, but feature wishes:
    1.)"Bullet in the chamber" Look at the Super Shorty for example, it now has only two rounds, where in reality it would be three, one in the chamber and two in the mag, same logic applies to nearly all guns in the game.
    2.) Tactical reload and or at least faster reloads. Why does our hero always have to pull the charging handle, even when the mag you swap out isn't empty? May we hope for a change here?

    This is something that really really really does need attention, some of the scales are absolutely "WILD" but really it is a issue, i refuse to use anything other than a standard mag and i try to make my smg, or secondary as small as i can, the sizes are waaaaaaay off.
