    Hello Metallicker69,

My name is Brandon, pleasure to meet you. Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support.
I'm sorry for the delay in me responding to your ticket; we aim to respond to every customer within 48 hours, recently we've been more busy than usual.

Thank you for providing me with notes; after reading them I understand you keep getting error 0002001512 when trying to play For Honor.

We don't yet have an official answer to this error, but from asking colleagues and doing some research it seems as though it is related to Easy Anti Cheat (EAC) which For Honor uses. It is possible that you have some software on your computer that the anti-cheat does not like.

You can also try deleting the cache in the EAC folder, please try this:

    - Navigate to C:/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/games/ForHonor/EasyAntiCheat/Cache/ (Your install location may be slightly different)
    - Delete the file in that folder

If you have any questions about what we have discussed, please ask me. Thank you very much for your time.

    Kind regards,
    Brandon
