Let's see heavy after parry - lots of dmg (about 50) but vs medium skilled players isn't safe.
Light after parry in fact isn't 100% safe, PK when spamming lights can hit you (yes it is!)

On the other hand warden with TOP light counter-attack (about 50 dmg), and Can any1 do something against it?!
    Next is Valk
Superior Block Light Attacks it is like a warden counter-attack. U cann't do anything,

Dashing Block similarly to an assassin’s deflect mechanic BUT!Whenever the Valkyrie dodges her block is automatically put in the direction she is dodging Any direction. Very safe isn't it?!
But w8 when u deflect u can do a combo with heavy - small direct dmg and more dot (bleeding)

Depends on the speed. Light and heavy are both unblockables but the heavy can be interrupted so you'll probably only ever see lights out of deflect in most circumstances. However, the heavy can be feinted into light or GB so at high levels of play if the Orochi has downloaded you they might feint into GB for a heavy. But in my experience that's a very complicated (unecessarily so) move because you often get at least one additional light off the light deflect.

People say the deflect mechanic is redundant because of stamina damage from parry which is much easier to do but in reality it's a completely different thing. Deflections give you tempo but they also give you a pretty safe guard position that punishes automatically. If your opponent has a very predictable and slower direction of attack such that they will opt out of it, you can quite easily counter 'mix ups'. For example, Valk and PK tops are way slower than their sides. Cover tops with deflect (in your head) and guard/parry the inevitable side spam as normal.

Not to mention the fact that in the joke modes, when you get 1vsX'd you can just deflect stab all day. You practically warp around whilst still keeping the appropriate guard on your main target.
