Liberal assault on Ghost Recon Wildlands

I've noticed a massive liberal anti American assault on the political aspect of the game. No surprise liberals cry over everything. I also notice bad reviews of the game that have more to do with anger of pro American image of much of game rather than bashing America. Many references to so called American Exceptionalism or Interventionism or "failed war on drugs". The fact is Tom Clancy wrote realistic novels with close ties to intelligence sources. He was not an anti American liberal. You don't like the politics don't buy the game. Don't expect them to change a Tom Clancy pro America plot for you sniveling sensitive snowflakes. Liberalism is destroying games to point it's all cartoonish or robots and not realistic enemy's or story's because of the PC culture trying to rewrite reality. This is a Tom Clancy game. Not Barrack Obama. Tom Clancy would not have written an anti American liberal propaganda as a plot for his novels nor a game attached to his name. We did exactly this in Colombia in the 80s sending Delta Force, DEA and CIA AT the request of Colombian government to take down Pablo Escobar. The drug business is HUGE and accounts for thousands of murders, kidnappings and government assignations in South America. My mother is from Bogota Colombia and the Cartels run governments from north to south in SA. So this is not far fetched, or interventionalism IF your presence is requested by that country. I suppose the only mistake was they should have just done it in Colombia rather than Bolivia but that wouldn't stop the crying liberals from finding a reason to blame America for something. Remember it's TOM CLANCYS Ghost Recon not Your Ghost Recon. I hope Ubisoft doesn't cave to the ridiculous PC criticism and just makes badass games without regard for anything but a realistic gaming experience.

Looks to me the majority of people actually playing the game, really like it. Stop taking every little thing you read to heart. This really isn't the place for a political debate.

I am yet to see this "massive liberal anti American" assault happen. What I have noticed is people rightfully hating on the game for its flaws.
Take your political merica crap out of here boy, biggest joke i have read all day. Go bash liberals with your clear hatred elsewhere, it isnt wanted or needed here

This is based on dozens of reviews I've read. Between that and Bolivia filing a complaint with french embassy it does matter. You are right politics shouldn't have place in the game, THAT IS MY POINT if you read what i said. I'm sorry if I ruffled any feathers but it needs to be said. It's "Tom Clancy" Ghost Recon, Not PC Ghost Recon.

    Snowflake

Google and scan through reviews and read them. I've read dozens in last week referring to what I quoted "American exceptionalism and American interventionism and even racism. These are quotes in multiple reviews stating the game didn't "address" against it enough. That is not legitimate game issues[redacted] I have posted on plenty that's strictly game improvements but it's others widely criticizing for basically not bashing America enough in the game[redacted]

It's fiction my dear. The only jimmies being rustled are your own. You need to get over it, nobody else is concerned, contribute helpfully to the forums or don't contribute at all.

I just picture you sitting around all day reading negative reviews, getting yourself madder and madder. "Th-they can't say that about muh vidya game!"

It's funny how this forum is full of snowflakes (except you and me OP). What I dont understand, is that everyone here is a snowflake, but where do they muster the strength to play a video game about killing drug cartel members? It's really perplexing.

Hey I didn't write all those reviews. I read about game because I have interest in the game so it's to my surprise half way into article on game these are suddenly brought up as "issues". Tom Clancy novels are fiction but they are fiction about American conflicts hence the game. I am not kidding. I google ghost Recon Wildlands and top of google has article Is Ghost Recon racist? As the headline. This is one of many. In sorry the truth hurts but I'm talking about actual and many articles and I can start posting links for all of them but doubt you want me to. They exist and the criticism on that aspect is real. Anyone who reads beyond just playing the game knows that is the truth. Would you like me to give you half a dozen articles to show you what I'm referring to or want to save us the time and take my word for it?

Also this is General Discussion thread. So although the rest of my thread are strictly in game discussions this general discussion is based on negative criticism of the game plot and politics because I think it's unhealthy to base reviews on political views trying to put pressure on a company to bend to political pressure.

The Bolivian government filed a complaint with French Embassy. You don't think politics effects games over time? Using pressure to bulky company's to make games fitting the PC standard? It hurts games. This is a topic that is often one sided, I suppose some want to keep it that way but I'm putting in my opinion because I can. So don't like the topic then move on. It simple.

The problem is that you're letting it bother you. Rise above their ridiculous claims like that. You've actually played the game, I've actually played the game, we know what it really is. We know how beautiful it is.

You're letting it bother you, when you really need to understand, they probably haven't even played the game. You get people pushing left and people pushing right, all you do is make each other look worse and worse. Write your own review, talk about how gorgeous Caimanes is, talk about how the game let you save children from drug trafficking, jeez you're acting like everybody hates the game. It's a very very small amount of people that don't like it.

I-I did the google and they was saying something I didn't like!
