Any reason why not? You realize you lose out on potential sales on people who are willing to pay for both PC/CONSOLE versions but don't want to lose out on any unlocked items because it would be a huge waste of time to have to do it all over again. When the game is already grindy as is.Originally Posted by UbiJurassic Go to original post
Thanks for letting me know! As the previous poster pointed out, that is a lost sale for you guys. I just got a new TV and would've loved to play it on console as well.Originally Posted by UbiJurassic Go to original post
Thanks again for the fast reply, however.
This has never been a thing in the history of gaming, as far as I know. I don't think it has anything to do with Ubisoft either. A console save is simply not compatible with a PC one and a vice versa. You pretty much have to make up your mind what platform you want to play on. There's an implication that Ubisoft are at fault here with the whole 'you lost a sale' mentality when actually you've got to be pretty damn stupid to play on the wrong platform and then think you can buy a whole new game on a whole new platform and somehow, magically, have your progress intact.Originally Posted by truecoins Go to original post
What do you expect them to do about it? This 'lost sale' as you call it, implying there's something they could do about it, is down to your own stupidity. It has never been possible to start playing a game on a PS4 or a PC and then buy a whole new copy of that game for XBOX and somehow magically find all of your progress intact. You invented this. It is not a thing.Originally Posted by Knight.Bishop Go to original post
