    It could be the fact 90% ppl build block damage defence on gear cuz the other option if I remember right is exicution regen

    Stamina Regen and Revive Speed are the opposing stats to BDR.

    Ah my bad...idk then cuz BDR and revive speed are both kinda ehh so...I personally would build stamina regen and BDR...but I might try stamina regen and revive speed
