Fast Travel to Player - Please Fix

Good afternoon Ubisoft and forum warriors!

I'll be quick as I'm sure we all have busy days (no seriously I do), please make it so that when you Fast Travel to a player you are spawned at the players location or very very very close by (no not that close you pervs) but close enough where I reach out and touch the player i'm fast traveling too (are we not doing phrasing anymore?)

As of now the game warps me to the player in question, I can see them and they can see me, then the game loads and puts me anywhere from 50 meters to 500 meters away... and I have no idea why. Especially the weird warp to player then loading screen thing, that seems completely unnecessary, but especially the long distance away from the player I'm traveling to (including outside of the underground base the player is in or on the other side of a mountain)

Yes of course people will say, "But what if you're in combat? That's not realistic!" I could point out that the entire fast travel system isn't realistic or even 50% of this game for that matter (ok 100% since it's a game shesh) but for combat perhaps give it a certain amount of time from when a player is last hit or shot at till when someone can fast travel to them? Or make it difficulty dependent? Or just add it in, like pretty much every other game that allows you to spawn on or fast travel to a player (Battlefield or the Division for example)

That's my 2 cents (because seriously I'm tired of running around mountains or around those near invincible chain link fences.... god I hate those!)
