The Raider's strange specification <i need information about it> | Forums

Hey warriors.

When using Raider, i found a strange specification on him.
When he parried light(heavy) attack, he can perform guaranteed heavy(light) attack. (guaranteed means surely hit)
But sometimes I can't. The guaranteed attack gets blocked or parried. i don't know why i can do that or sometimes not.
Is his heavy(light) attack after light(heavy) parry really guaranteed?
In addition, after parried, it seems that he automatically changes his guard direction, even though i don't move my mouse.
If I try to change the direction, he do it so awkwardly and slowly, and of course, the attack after it is never guaranteed.
There's no specification like this on other heroes, but only Raider.

What the hell is this?
I need more information and investigation about it.

after parrying a heavy, attack, you get a light, a zone, or a GB
after parrying a light Attack, you get a side heavy (not sure for top, not sure if it works on 100% of the classes, didn't test it)

I never paid attention to the guard switch direction... I usually don't change my guard after the gb, it makes you lose too much time.

As a Raider if you manage to pull off a parry of a (light attack) you are guaranteed a (Heavy attack) ~ Note: You must attack immediately and in the position that your guard was already positioned (normally in the same direction/positioned of said Parry) You cannot change/switch your guard. You are also able to GB "I recommend a GB if your targets stamina is very very low or exhausted"

If you parry a Heavy Attack you are Guaranteed only a (Light Attack) on ALL heroes, and a GB on specific heroes on specific attacks, Note: Some heroes you can GB after a parry of any attack, Some heroes only on certain attacks, and some heroes no GB is granted at all unless you are continuously pressing your target "as close as possible" and even then this is NOT a guarantee. Please keep that in mind.

yeah, ZechsMarquizy, u are exactly right.
I can't change the guard direction and guaranteed attack will be done on the direction already positioned.
But, sometimes, still I got parried or blocked.
especially...Warden.
After I parried his top light attack, Raider's guard direction always seems to be on top side, and his top heavy attack will be guaranteed, or sometimes not.
Is this a problem of me?
After I parried, I always click right mouse button immediately and repeatedly without moving my mouse.

Excuse me but you are mistaken. Raider is nowhere Near OP.
