so in the hints it clearly says "helping people with finished or locked missions awards XP, but doesn't count towards your progress" this is not so, I've done several missions that were locked and now they are marked as completed I just thought ubisoft should be aware of this

It should prompt you to dismiss or accept. If you dismiss, it will not count towards your progression. At least that is my understanding.

I Had the same problem, I was AFK in my game and I had 2 friends join my game and do 4 areas without me.. it counted for my toon. May be something that happens to some people but enough for UBI to look into.

i'm fairly certain that your suppose to be able to accept it and not count towards progression, why else would it say "awards XP" you cant get XP from a mission your not even doing
