So... There is a GRFS pack for GRW however according to the description of the pack you need to of played/had the game. Well uh according to my achievements I have played that game so why can't I get the pack???
UPlay or Ubisoft Club is lying to my face because I've unlocked so much exclusive items in other Ubisoft games and of course played them but not a single 360 Ubisoft game shows up any more despite me having achievements as proof.

I had the same exact issue. I contacted UBISOFT support and they added it for me. I Talked to Lauren E which is super nice helpful agent;. To prove to her I owned the game. I sent picture of my game disc with my contact email written on a paper to verify i realy owned it and that its not a stolen photo from ebay .

If you played the game originally using a different Uplay account than the one you are currently using to play Wildlands, then it may not be able to add the content on its own. However, if you contact our Support Team, they should be able to get this straightened out for you.

I think I found out the problem... If anyone changed their gamertag name (actually spent $10 to rename it) after getting an Xbox One when it came out, all these 3rd party sites lose data and "can't do anything about it". Oh well. I mean having achievements should be enough to unlock these things but whatever. It's an ugly pack anyway.
EDIT: According to my Ubisoft Club thing here I've played all the old games but on the Xbox One application version I haven't...
