My personal issues and what makes me like the game less

Hi. Be aware, I'm not an English native speaker. Sorry.
To beginn, I'd like to say, that this one is not one of those rage filled, offensive thread of any kind. I would'nt write the longest internet-text of my life, if it was.
And even if most or every of the following was mentioned before, I want to point out the issues i have with the game, so maybe it reaches the right people for sequels or later projects or what ever.
Dont get me wrong, the game itself, is very nice. So I'll try to talk right to the developers here.
    PROS:
The balance of the Heroes is really good to be honest (without the gear ranking) and the fighting system works close to perfect. The setting is fine and I love the customization options.
The faction war is a cool idea to implement crossplay features to the game and build a competition inside the community.
Single player was much better than i was expecting it and put just the right effort in for a "core-multiplayer game".
The detail of the character models, their langauge, the maps, the gear is great.
-executions are a cool, great-looking way to finish an opponent and are usefull as well (no revives, longer time dead)
    -frequent updates
    CONS:
So here is what sadly limits the fun on a massive amount (+ How I think, it could be improved)
->The connectivity. (Too much already said by many others. It's an unnecessary problem, that could just be avoided, in my opinion.)
->The AFKfarmers problem. (I know you are aware of this but the damage is done)
->The whole team/color-system is build around attackers and defenders. So why not add one ore two gamemodes with this topic? Let one team attack something while the other one defends. The switch sides. Maybe similar to Rainbow Six Siege or some For Honor single player missions. I think you can do a lot of great stuff with that.
->I'm playing on PS4 and it would be cool to have more usefull quick chat options than "wow" or "i'm sorry" because about 90% of players wont use voice chat with randoms. A simple "yes" and "no" would be nice. ^^
->Faction war. (Yes it was one of the PROS but it seems kind of ill-thought through.
Lets assume I'm a member of the KnightFaction.
-If i play with a friend who picked viking or samurai, we will work against each other in the faction war.
-If everyone on the enemy team is knight as me, and i'm the only one on my team, what is my motivation to win that match? Would be better for my faction if my opponent won.
-If my faction always has the lead in one round and just before the last update my faction drops to rank 3, every knight will just get the losers-reward. That makes the faction war kind of random, and I feel like I can't really do anything about it.
-If 70% of players join the same faction, what chance is there for the others?)
->Wooden samurai armor and horns for vikings? (A more historically approach for factions and characters even in a fantasy setting like this would be pretty nice. If you call them vikings, make them look less hollywood-stereotypical please )
    ->The 4v4Modes.
As they are now, they are more frustrating than fun. (Please spare the "get better, stop crying" comments. Im pretty ok.) It just doesn't feel like winning or losing depends on personal skill at all. More on revenge-based gear, outnumbering, abilities and pushing someone off.
    DETAILS:
-Gear ranking breaks the balance of this game. (Even more if paired with the matchmaking issues)
-Power ups in 2 of the modes destroy skill based gameplay
-Pushing others from edges can be fun. With bots. But in PvP with such a good fighting system, it's not necessary at all and can kill all the fun of a good fight.
Worst about it is, if you design whole capture zones around that feature (C on "overwatch" with the trap doors. You cant even fight there, without getting pushed by accident or something.)
-abilities. Why would you give a team that is already winning, killstreakish "spells" like an instakill-catapult-shot?
    -The possibilty to fight 2v1, 3v1 ,4v1
Yeah, there is the revenge thing to counter that but that's unfortunately far from balance. It just doesn't feel skill related. And that's what i would like to have.
---So to make me play those again, I would love to have a gamemode (maybe ranked, or so) without all that.
    -only optical gear adjustments,
    -no throwing edges, fire, spikes
    -no (active) abilities
-maybe just as Elimination, Brawl and Duell modes without the opportunity to gank and 2v1,3v1,4v1 anyone until their direct opponent is dead.
Keep it FAIR and SKILL related. Less randomness would be great to achieve that.

In conclusion i'd say, that this cool game would be awesome with the mentioned changes made. I would really love to see that sometime.

    Thank you, whoever read this.
Ill update this post if I see, if something else comes to my mind. Pretty sure i forgot one or two points.

Please write what you think about my mentioned PROS and CONS. I'm curious to see what's your opinion. Again, I Don't want to create any kind of hate. Just point out my personal feelings.
    (Sorry again for the English)
    I'm out.

I see that you are a 4v4 player so I think that is why you think the balance is good. I just want to say finally Conq and Warlord getting the nerf they needed, but Lawbringer needs a buff he is useless in 1v1-s. Too deffenseive turtleing. Warden needs a nerf he can do too much combos with shoulder bash needs to be fixed/balanced. And finally Orochi he doesn't need heavy attacks caouse his top 2 light attacks takes just as much damage az a heavy attack, and since Orochis 2 light is a confirmed hit you just need to hit someone once with a top light and that counts as a heavy attack
If you are interrested here are some ideas for ballancing that some people agreed with cause i did not wrote it down because of hate

Warlord is just too powerful overall for sure. PK is hated but really not that OP, just minor OP, she is hard for players learning to block/parry. Warden vortex needs a rethought. There isn't a counter to it for few heroes making them unplayable in 1v1 tournaments f.e. If you dodge he grabs if you don't dodge he gets you.

Im not a 4v4player anymore. Please read the whole post. I meant the balancing in duells and brawls is good. Not much of a problem with the warlord so far for me but didnt play many duells against him. But that's another topic.

Guess you missed the part that Warlords have won the last 9 out of 10 tournaments?

Yes I did. Im not interested in tournaments at all.
This is not a warlord-nerf thread. There are thousands of them. Maybe use one of these.
