    I'll give you one big very handy tip

    Make a better build it's that simple your build or gear cannot be good enough if you think the AI is too hard/OP etc etc etc

    I learned to make good builds and now I can clear Challenging solo and DZ/07/8/9 landmarks etc etc etc solo.

    PS: another big tip for you OP go to YOUTUBE and you'll find many many video's on good builds etc etc etc.

    PPS: i'd like you to go up against a Hunter or legendary AI or even Rogue agent AI no boubt you'll wet yourself if you think what we have now is hard.

    Take cover?

    I can even solo Legendary Times Square on 3 of my 4 builds (kind of reluctant to it with the 4th, doubt a Lone Star build will be very efficient).

    Eh...I'm still on the fence about this. The problem I'm seeing with the AI at the higher end of the game is that their aim is often instantaneous, and far FAR too accurate. Also is how every enemy often seems to have a hive mind of where you are, and where to take perfect cover from you. If one enemy sees you, the rest INSTANTLY know where you are and where to position themselves to hide.

    It's just a little bit over the edge of annoying. You CAN overcome it, of course, and in some cases even abuse it. But it does get frustrating.

    Yeah, I don't think they're overpowered, but there are of course some issues with reaction times, etc that make them seem "inhuman".

    Sorry, do you mean they are "too OP?"

    Meaning too overpowered?

    If you do I think you are right to a certain extent.

    But is it more that the numbers rushing you in an given instance make it OP, as even the highest DPS dealing tank will struggle when 5 Rikers shotgunners converge en masse, pinning you to cover with a lead wall of laser accurate shot gun blast, giving you nowhere to go and no tactic to use?

    Stay in cover, they have you like cornered like a stuck pig .
    Move from cover and be hit so often, so fast, that your screen turns red in an instant.

    I once had 6 Rikers with shotguns, no lie, walk me down outside an electronic shop during a random S&D mini mission and I literally had to run and dive roll for my life, using everything at my disposal to avoid death by a thousand pellets.

    I like where the NPC's are at in legendary....exception....being the shotgunners, as Rhino says with 6 of them rushing your group you either displace and move or get ready to be laid horizontal. I'm not just talking about their weaps either, their elbows down you in one hit too lol

    The AI is balanced for players who have ARMOR... Which Massive removed.

    So, this is why it is so unbalanced / lopsided. It's not rocket science.

    The AI is pretty dumb, overall, but all the Yellow Elites have perfect aim (no variance), so coupled with no player armor = Uphill battle for players even if we use cover.
