Hello Ubi,
I've only played solo mode and this bug has happened to me about 4 or 5 times. If you enter a vehicle from the front passenger side you get stuck aiming over the roof of the car. You cannot control your character, switch seats or exit the vehicle which particularly sucks if you're in the middle of a mission when this happens. Only thing you can do is either fast travel or quit the game.

I will try but I'm not sure exactly how to reproduce the issue and whether it's with any particular vehicle or weapons. I'll update when I find out more and hopefully some others can chime in since I'm sure I can't be the only one to experience this.

I've found the issue posted by another user with a video. I now recall this happens when an AI teammate spawns into the same seat you enter into.
