During the story mode, Samurai, mission 3 as Orochi, I unlocked a scavenger crate via one of the breakables. This crate never appeared in my inventory. This is an odd problem considering that every other breakable unlock (including other crates) has always appeared. Unfortunately, I don't really know how to provide any helpful feedback via screenshots with the nature of this issue, but it's something worth looking into.

I have since restarted my computer, the game, etc and it never appeared, so I do not believe the problem is on my end.
