    language problem

Sooooo, i preordered gold edition and recieved ru-cn language edition. In support they say thats because I live in Ukraine meantime. But heres the problem, i dont understand russian o chineese, and you know what they sayed? It's not ubisoft problem. I dont say anything, but they could think more about customers, dont you think?

Had the same issue with EA when buying BF1 - I was spending a semester abroad in Poland and ordered the game and thought I could at least play in English - no chance, either PL or RU language available cuz of my location in Poland (luckily I was able to get a refund). Only option: Buy with a VPN from any country in Europe (which is btw against the terms&conditions, even though I would pay them more money for the EU version).

I guess that's due to the price, so that RU-keys cannot be easily sold for a much lower price somewhere else. Still a shame though, that you have this issue outside RU anyways...

Therefore: I totally support you - you should even have the choice, or they should clearly state the game's language when preordering (as I assume you ordered in a different language than RU-CN, at least the system or anyone should have noticed).

The least thing they could do is to offer the additional language pack for at maximum the price difference from RU-CN to the European/US version for example, which then still prevents dumping prices in several key stores.

But still depends on your location - if you bought from Ukraine through the Uplay store, the Uplay client might automatically adapt the prices to your location. Full price in Ukraine might not be the full price in another country in Europe. That's the problem, you don't even have the choice. Full price is 80-90€, depending on the offer you might have had during your purchase. Did you pay that much or less?

If you really paid that much and still got no offer for another language, then it's really a big shame from Ubi...
