Those leaves though, Ubi. Those leaves...
It's pretty outrageous that a leaf can stop a round in its tracks. Not a tree trunk. My shot was blocked by a leaf.
Also, go try and shoot a sicario through a window. Yep, it takes two rounds to kill an enemy behind a window. The first shot shatters the glass and then you have to fire again to neutralize the target. This happened to me 3 separate occasions today in Agua Verde. All of these scenarios took place using an M40A5.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind a damage reduction at all. Hell, depending on the weapon, I'd be content with just a hit marker. It's just frustrating because I plan out this perfect plan to initiate a firefight and the first shot is always the most important. And if a sicario/Unidad soldier is standing inside a building, next to a window, I should be able to fire a round and it penetrate the window AND kill the target. As it stands right now, it's hit or miss. Sometimes you get the kill and other times, like today, the window just shatters and the enemy gets alerted.
And to clarify, yes my aim is on target and I'm not exaggerating. Bullet penetration needs to be fixed/increased. At least on weapons that use larger calibers. I mean, it wasn't a .22...It was a 7.62x51mm round. A window on a rundown old shack inside a shanty town should not be stopping any kind of round let alone that...
It sometimes feel like the damage from snipers are rng. Like needing 4-5 shots from a G28 sniper rifle to a non heavy armored targets chest and extremeties just feels exaggerated, I understand that you need lower damage on a semi automatic rifle but still, a centre mass shot from a sniper rifle needs to be a kill in almost all circumstances I reckon.
