I am playing this region on Xbox One and none of the major intel has shown up. If anyone has done these missions and is willing to redo them or even just one to get the intel to show up, it would be much appreciated.

Do you have any update on this issue?
I am having the same problem with the province.
None of the major intel shows up and this is the only one I don't have completed. And I obviously can't finish off smuggling without it.
I have collected all the documents and legends and completed the other cartel branches.
I'd like to finish off smuggling before I confront El Sueno.
Please let me know.
