I am sure you are aware of this but since last patch, NVIDIA Ansel is bugged. In particular, my character starts clipping into her weapon. It looks fine outside ansel but once ansel is activated, the weapon starts floating and clips with the body.
Also, dead bodies tend to stand up with their hands stretched out.
Might be an issue with not everything pausing at the same time? While driving the motorcycle the character's hands hold the grips at all times, but once Ansel is triggered they are suddenly couple of inches behind the grips.

I having same issue with the ANSEL.
In latest game version, bodies(dead NPCs) will be a Rag-Doll like these.

-Some EFFECT(sun beam) will not be took in ANSEL
