    First-Wave Gearset

    This is my last post, I promise. The final piece of the trifecta.

    This may have crossed millions of minds already, but what if there was a Gearset based solely on the abilities of agents in the First Wave Division? One that stands alongside Tactician's Authority, seeing as Skill builds are becoming a large part of the meta.

    I'll leave its looks to the professionals, but here could be its talents:

    Two pieces: 15% damage dealt by skills

    Three pieces: 30% skill duration

    Four piece (Shade): You may hack enemies' deployed skills and your Ultimates will also apply to your deployed (or hacked) skills.

    The second part of the four piece would help its usability in a PvE environment.

    What do you think? Would this be a cool idea or would it totally destroy the game balance? Would it not work with Tactician's?

    I still can't believe that the skill builds still haven't got a way to hack the enemies deployed skills yet.....Oh wait, yeah I know, it's because they don't want you to use skills.....
    Still I like the sound of that gearset,

    I like and agree with the hacking part(always have), but disagree with the 15% boost for a two piece. Skills are already powerful enough. Maybe like 15% chance to dispell a skill within 30 meters or something. Not saying that in particularly but something.

    Yes, 15% is too much, when you have other sets giving like 8% bonus damage to some weapon type or 10% extra damage to only headshots.

    Otherwise, adding a hacking function to a gearset seems like a cool idea.

    No damage buffs for 2-3 piece sets.
    Not for skill power and not for DPS.

    I'm a 100% skill power user and one thing I would like to see is seekers and turrets become finite.
    You carry three seeker mines that have to be restocked at a supply crate. Like grenades.
    You carry one turret and you have the ability to pick it back up when you move on. If it is destroyed,you have no turret until you resupply.

    The First Wave set could give extra seekers as a 3 piece and let you deploy multiples at a time with the 4 piece. 2 piece would be the standard duration or haste.

    I don't know, its pretty sound but I think it needs better utility.

    If I were to alter this set I would go with this set up instead...

    2PC should be like +10% Skill Efficiency (would make heals 10% better or faster depending on the skill, and 10% damage to damage dealing skills)

    3PC Prevents deployed skills from being hacked

    4PC aiming at an enemy deployed skills for 3 seconds will hack the skill object

    2 piece sounds good but might be OP in the right build. i'd love to see 10%

    3 piece will only work with turret so maybe a % of skill haste added for the 3p

    4 piece can be the ability to hack or disrupt others from using a skill like the ones used in UG.

    I think the PvE version of the gearset should give players the same powers as a First Wave agent.

    SASG-12 with 180K base damage (guaranteed 2-shot) and 100metre range.
    700K toughness with 50% EDR, burn, bleed and disrupt resistance.
    450K base skill power with zero cooldowns (all skills can be redeployed immediately after use) and multiple turrets and support stations can be deployed.

    Plus don't forget +100% movement speed.

    Not allowing you to use somebody else's skills against them discourages you to use your own skills. Genius...

    FYI, skill builds are strong in PvE and PvP. People can stop crying now, the truth is out there. Stop sucking at PvE. Thanks.
