Super frustrating. I did do the complete shut down of my PS4 and went back to it yesterday. One disconnect yesterday and 1 today so far. Not great but a huge improvement.
We recommended a full restart after the last live update/maintenance.
If you're still seeing abnormal amounts of disconnects/error messages after the restart please report it through support or you can also PM me with a few details (Uplay name, platform, specific error codes you're experiencing).
yes fill out a ticket so our dedicated support staff can get back to you in a little over 2 weeks just to tell you everything is fine all you have to do is open some ports, restart you modem, call your isp, call your console manufacturer, have sex with your power supply, and finish it up by pouring boiling water over your console and let it soak for 2 days, its a easy process really.Originally Posted by UbiNoty Go to original post
