Managed to get the game to load past the "99% loading screen issue" (right-click, verify files in Uplay, four corrupted files fixed). Now, in the first mission after the helicopter intro cut scene, I'm stuck with the camera staring at the top of my head. I can switch shoulders, but that really doesn't help. I can aim....directly into the ground at my feet.
Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions on how to fix?

If you have ANY controller plugged into your system, especially a HOTAS, unplug it from your computer while playing. This fixed my same issue. Best of luck.

Holy crap, I can't believe that was it. I had my Saitek X52 Pro plugged in. I use it for X-Plane. Not sure why having it plugged in would affect perspective for the camera in a 3PS, but....THANKS!!!!
