Ubi, please fix the re-spawning SAM systems.

For the second time I spent a long time completely cleared this huge Unididad airport (forgot the name of the province) that has two SAS systems, two Drone jammers and two alarm systems. After spending all this time removing this stuff I have to steal a plane sitting on the runway. Twice I haven't even barely got off the ground and I have SAM's coming at me one after the other.

Yep i have had this same issue, the SAM in my game was even still showing a damaged/destroyed model when it launched missiles at us.

At least add a skill to put points in for aircraft counter measures

    How about both.

I've had issues where I would blow up a SAM site or jammer with a grenade launcher and it would blow up, but continue shooting missles or jamming the drone. Makes no sense.

Definite improvement needed on this! You should also be able to delay the repair of SAM systems even further by taking out resources in that province. Destroy munitions warehouses perhaps.

Generally, the repair and reinstatement time of any Cartel and Unidad base should have some factors that players can control by disrupting infrastructure in that area.

    SAM indestructible, Bug?

I destroyed a SAM with my sniper-rifle, saw it blowing up, entered my helicopter immediately afterwards and the SAM shot me down, WTF!?

I believe a good remedy for the SAM respawn could be to either extend the respawn time, or set them up to only respawn after you've left the province. That way when you enter a province with SAM's, you can focus your efforts, initially, on locating and clearing the air-defenses so that way you can operate safely in the AO.

It would be really nice if things you blow up, would stay blown up until I leave the blasted area at least! I really would like to know how this mechanic actually made it into the final version of the game. I know the Unidad is a top tier army, but dang, they have some of that Ubisoft magic working for them to be able to replace all this stuff while I'm still at the base without me knowing. This and they have Terminators operating the miniguns on the helicopters.

This wouldn't work. There are side missions that make you cross province lines. Other than that it's too easy to accidentally cross provinces while doing something else. I was driving to get a skill point and the directions had me cross boarders twice. Once I was setting up on a cliff. I was prone and moved just a tiny bit to the left to get a better angle and started getting intel from Bowman because I crossed into a new area.

The game has a day/night cycle. The solution is easy. SAM and other things like Alarms, Generators, etc respawn after a week of in game time. That's it. You go from night to day and back again seven times before it repawns. Things could even have their own time it takes to respawn and even have it depend on the remoteness of the area.

Making repawn tied with the game's day/night cycle I think it a better idea than just putting some timer on it or having players decide when it respawns through game actions like leaving a certain area. The day/night cycle is something players can easily see and keep track of without necessarily having to check their map to look at an extra tag somewhere that would ultimately get added.
