I've lost count of how many times I've tried to stop the convoy with an EMP from the drone yet the cars kept on rolling. It happens on all levels of EMP, even the highest one. It happens when I trigger it right by the front of the central vehicle, as well as the back and sides. It happens in both solo and co-op. Sometimes there's even the "electric sparks" effect and the lights on the cars go off, but as soon as the controls return to me and I try to cover the last hundred of meters to the convoy it just starts up again and gets back on its way.

It seems that past a certain distance the game stops considering the cars disabled and lets them run as if nothing happened. I'd say within 100m radius or so from the player the EMP more or less works, past that - you're better off finding the nearest car and chase the damn convoy before it hauls away too far.
The amount of stuff that is broken is getting increasingly aggravating.
