Ticket was opened up on February 23rd. Escalated to the devs. Today is March 18th.
Haven't had a reply or any information since. Falsely banned and prevented from playing the game. Spent $140 on this game. Probably never buying another Ubisoft title again. O_o Didn't even know you could make hacks in a week of playing the game in between fourty hour work weeks...Huh. Don't even know the first thing about coding or scripting or w.e. Pretty awful how I've been left without conclusion for over five weeks now.
Entirely unethical and just outright disrespectful IMO. :/
There was an entire wave of people who got banned wrongfully by the EAC and Ubisoft didn't do anything to help them. You can look up the cases everywhere around the same time I got banned. It's just ridiculous. Steal someone's money and ban them lol.
Of course people are always going to be distrustful, but I literally have GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE OF MYSELF CLEARLY not cheating.I was just told to spread the word, because honestly it's a huge slight toward their customers if their ANTI CHEAT IS BANNING PEOPLE WRONGFULLY and they're not doing anything about it.
I was interested in the competitive aspect of the game and they prevented me from even playing past a week.
