Hello, on february 19th i contacted ubisoft support via ticket about For Honor but since then i have not received an asnwer. What should i do?

Hi Kenshiro.Den! Sorry that your ticket hasn't been processed! You can PM me your ticket # and I'll look into it and see where it's at in the process.
It might also be that it was closed because the they didn't see any new activity on it (sometimes tickets are closed after a certain window of time if it's not reopened).
You can also try live chat support like solho suggested. But even if you go to live support, if you PM me your ticket #, I'd still like to see if I can help.

They usually close any open tickets if they haven't heard from you within 4 days, that is standard, so if you haven't heard since Feb 19th I would give up on that one, it's been forgotten / overlooked. Submit one and never wait more than 4 days for a reply. I have submitted 4 or 5 support tickets and had all of them answered within 2 days.
