I think there's very specific requirements, I went 14-0 today and didn't get it.

I assume for a start the kill has to be yours, as in you get the final blow. Takedowns just means you did some damage to a guy who ended up dying, not necessarily you getting the kill.

Yeah if this is the one for an 8 kill streak then they have to be your kills, as in you get the killing blow.
I went 8-0 and felt robbed until I realised some of them were just assists.
You basically have to get the Godlike streak message for 8 kills.
I finally did it in a game where I went 18-0
