What causes this sound? I wasn't aware we even had a cell/pager in this game. Apparently we do, or is this some kind of weird bug?



Unfortunately my voice did not come through on this video. As you can see though, I try every button combination on the keyboard to make this stop, to no avail. Please help with this.
