I thought I would give The Division another try today. Lately, the game has aggravated me and so I took a break. I tried again today and this happened:
Ubisoft, this is how I die in at least 1/4th of all Survival games. I'm tempted to ask for my money back. This sort of product is unacceptable. I can't even bring myself to play anymore. I had to uninstall. Maybe you can get it right in The Division 2 but without me this time.
Thanks for responding at least. Was this never addressed in a State of the Game? How hard is it to add a simple /unstuck command that moves you back? I fail to see how an issue so widely reported on PTS just gets ignored. It leaves a sour feeling in your stomach about this game and others from the same company.
I think he's complaining about the hundreds of places you get stuck on the map.Originally Posted by Art.Van.Delay Go to original post
I don't think that's a server issue. It's broken collision detection.
With regards to the server issue I'm in Scotland UK and normally have a great connection, the issue is when I join a server with someone from Asia. When I join on a friend that lives in Asia the Lag starts, stuttered walking and shooting NPCS but no damage coming from them then all of a sudden they just die. Also when I see someone running on the spot normally means kick out imminent for someone. However I have been in a great server and got stuck many times just like the OP did.
I have been stuck once behind the Christmas tree in Kalkesi. You know your game is ****ed when the manhunt rogues stand there clapping and then run away without killing you...because killing you would do you a favor by letting you respawn.
I also like how you can't move across very raised ledges...like for example...a walk way that is sticking out (like in the Napalm production site)...or a tiny gap (like at Amhurst apartment)...
