I've lost all of my progress i had done yesterday. I rolled back from level 14 to level 11, lost all of my progress. This morning when i leveled to level 12, it made me realise what had happened. So i quit the game, contact support and was sent an email with steps to follow. Basicly, they make you disabled Uplay cloud sync, delete your savefile and start all over again. What a joke! Good thing i had kept my savefile folder on the desktop. So i put it back in its place, restart the game, OOOOOOOOO LOOK! Lost my level 12, down to level 11 again. I was still in the chat support at that moment so i let "Tiffany" know that it doesnt work and her reply was "That is all we can offer until our developpers fix this." So i told her, basicly you want me to start fresh and lose the XP Boost i've used and other items i've bought with credits? All she replied again "That' all we can offer" WTF, thats not offering anything. The support is USELESS.

I've tried the steps of renaming the files 1.save and 2.save that a user suggested on this forum, no luck for me they are basicly the same file, saved at different times.
