*RESOLVED* Refunded the first copy of this I bought from steam because it would not even start, getting outdated version message 5102. Uninstalled it and recently bought a new graphics card for which this game came with it, guess what Outdated version again 5102. Verify game files does not do anything. How do you fix this error?

Here's what I had to do to resolve this, can't say for sure which step fixed it but one of these did work, my guess is registry as there were still wildlands entries even after uninstalling, more than just cache and recently accessed folders as well.
1) Uninstall Wildlands through windows uninstaller
2) Open regedit and search for Wildlands - delete every folder on the right that comes up. Use f3 to find next
3) On your c drive where your my document and app data directories are, search for *Wildlands* , delete every file/folder associated with the ghost recon
4) Whatever drive you installed this to also search for *Wildlands* and delete any remaining folders
5) Reboot
6) Start ubi launcher and install again

hope that works for people still having an issue, downloading again is sure a PITA though.
