Having trouble completing "The Agent" after following him to the meetup and recording the conversation. We listen to the whole conversation and when they're done talking the mission fails and the reason was that it "timed out."

Whats the solution to this cause I am stuck there
Update: Ok I didn't notice the window that was wide open for the drone to go in. So problem solved. Basically need to aim the sights of the drone at the recorder or whatever it is inside the room and hold it for about 5 seconds is all.

The mightily irritating thing is that when I finally got there, there was no conversation, for all of 10 seconds not. So also time out and again dropped 500 meters that way in the middle of nowhere. Why do we need to be reset so far from the mission?
