    this product was already activated by another account

    Good night, I did not play The Division, when I tried to enter, the message appeared saying that this product was already activated by another account, but I bought with my steam account, how can this be? how can I solve?

    Just going to have to send it through Ubisoft support, make a new ticket and wait basically.

    or possibly steam support, they may have to handle that.
