How do u get the Headsets?

It says to use chat for the first time on Ghost Recon Network but i legit have no idea where this chat is at can anyone help me?

https://ghostreconnetwork.ubi.com after signing in, it's on the far right. If you're on a mobile web browser, IDK where it would be.

oh that sucks they have to be online in order to do it? i dont know anyone who bought this game besides me....
