Maybe it would do the job too.

In my opinion the biggest Problem with the WL rn are the free 50/50s he´s getting with the headbutt.

Either it´s the headbutt or a Gb

Agreed. As a Warlord main I would like to see his head butt nerfed and have him buffed in other ways if need be. His chains are horrible and without his head butt, he'd probably be much weaker. In the meantime, if you know a Warlord is going to spam his head butt all the time, keep your distance (not too far, only so he falls short). Wait for him to whiff a head butt and then GB immediately after. If you get caught in a head butt chain, roll out of it immediately and try to dodge the next one.

Really hard to keep the distance.
The Headbutt tracks you like an anti aircraft missile

How about if the Warllord headbutts more than once within 5 seconds, it rings the Warlord's bell. It removes his own hud so he cannot tell where incoming attacks are coming from and does stam damage to himself.

Or he can only do a headbutt out of his defensive stance and after hitting with a light attack.
Wouldn´t be too difficult because his side lights are as fast as wardens top light.

Balancing the "Risk - Reward" scale would fix the problem.

Increase the risk of a missed headbutt: making he stagger a lot (like when valk miss her GB). Try headbutt the air right now, you lost your balance, didn't you?

An other way to fix is lower the reward: his next follow-up attack is still very fast but not guaranteed.

Also nerf it in general like increase stamina cost, decrease stamina damage.

Here's a very silly solution: to make him stun his opponent as well as himself after the headbutt.

If a warlord is spamming headbutt, simply dodge to the side for a free GB/punish. It's even easier for classes that have side dodge attacks. The stamina damage from a headbutt is minimal and so is the follow up damage from the stab.

It has good tracking, but that won't make it hit you when you are out of range of the head butt. If they are going to spam it all the time, then you need to learn the max range and stand just outside of it. Whenever they miss it, you get a GB. At the very least, it will give you a better chance of dodging it as opposed to standing right in their face (which basically guarantees the head butt to land). That being said, some attacks are fast enough to interrupt it. PK zone is a good example of this.

Easy fix to this (and lots of things when dodging) is to shift the I-frames from where ever they are now to the very beginning of teh dodges.
