I have had this issue since the latest patch and drivers came out a few days ago. I have rolled back to the old drivers that were released in February, and the stream to my tv either gives me a black screen or a picture of the game with 15-20 fps ..with new or old drivers. All other games that I own such as for honor and resident evil stream with over 100 fps. The graphics card I am using is a Nvidia ASUS 1080. I also tried verifying the games files and restarting the pc and shield tv device without any success. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions comment below. It appears others have this issue as well in the Nvidia Geforce forums.
