Hello all, I purchased Wildlands through Steam, and bought the Gold Edition, and I did so on March 6th. My brother, who purchased it through Uplay, bought it after me. He got the Peruvian Connection Mission to pop up down in Inca Camina, it had a video, a Cartel profile bubble pop up, yet when I went there, I have nothing. No mission, no pop up, no notification, I thought this was a preorder bonus, yet when I bought it, I did before the 7th, and my brother who got it after me, gets the content???? What gives Ubi?

Please be aware that I also preodered the gold edition from Playstation Store. I checked, according to marketing it was supposed to include the pre-order bonus. and have searched both trash and inbox of the account I use for PSN and Ubisoft. I have only received one email from ubisoft "welcoming" me to the game. But no code. I have two other friends who report the same.

I checked spam folder but google does clear out your spam folder pretty quickly.

Look. It really wouldn't have been that hard to just stick it in the ubiclub as a locked download, nor is it in any way difficult to just add a section to the user profile that contains unlock codes for rewards for preorders and etc. This isn't rocket science. This is the third game in a row from Ubisoft where parts of the content didn't unlock. Division some little sawwed off shotgun that was supposed to come with the season pass didn't. Watchdogs 2 season pass was supposed to come with some kind of mission based around the zodiac killer, which won't download through in game menu (doesn't even appear) and ps4 won't let you download it because it's part of "owned content".. And now preorder content that maybe isn't going to break the game if we don't get it, but was promised as a preorder bonus, never delivered.

Three. Games. In. A. Row. You failed to get your content delivery right. Three games in a row.

There is clearly a fundamental flaw in your entire model of content delivery and you need to address it. It's as simple as that.
