XB1 not leveling up | Forums

My experience meter has been full labeled as little 12 but my profiles as little 13 and I have not little up at all Seems that I am stuck and cannot progress any further is there anyway to fix this without having to start all the way over?

Sorry for the inconvenience! We have reported a bug of some players not being able to level up even when earning a great amount of XP points. We are currently investigating this issue.

Thank you hopefully something can be done 27 hours in and a wasted 8 hour booster. I'd hate for all that to be a waste of time and money.
