Modern shooter games have made us used to throwing grenades or other throwables with R1/RB when using a controller and/or playing on consoles. However, for some reason, some games (such as Wolfenstein: The New Order and Battlefield 1) have, for some unknown reason, started mapping the "Throw Grenade" action to the LB button. While most games that have done this recently (such as Battelfield1) give us an option in the options menu to change the control preset (which usually includes a preset that swaps the LB/L1 and RB/R1), some don't and force you to use the default (such as Wolfenstein: The New Order).
Ghost Recon: Wildlands uses the left shoulder button (L1/LB) to use throwables by default and does not allow you to change it. Could you please add a simple toggle to interchange the L1/LB and R1/RB buttons? I personally think that throwing grandes fits better on the right shoulder button, whereas selection wheels usually fit better on left shoulder buttons, and I believe most players would agree with me on this. It is a very simple addition that would make a lot of people happy, so please consider it =)
If anybody is interested in this addition, please show your support here![]()
You can swap L1 with R1.
It's in the options... since the closed beta.
Look more carefully.
I know it because I felt like you in the beginning, that it would fit better the other way around, so I changed it in the options.
Tho I went back to the original setting since the open beta cause I confused myself lol
Holy ****, you're right.... how could I've been so blind lol.... I usually realise these options are present, but this time I didn'tOriginally Posted by FR_Player-One Go to original post
Thanks^^ And sorry for wasting everybody's time
I have that controller too and I already know about that function, but I'd rather have it withing the actual game.Originally Posted by surr3a1 Go to original post
