    Still Missing My Gold Edition Content...

    PS4 Hard Copy.
    Gold Edition Code gave me Deluxe Edition items.

    Last Wednesday I submitted a ticket with all of my paperwork showing that I bought the Gold Edition from Amazon, and I still have yet to receive my Gold Edition Items that come with the Season Pass. I'm tired of waiting Ubisoft! I'm almost level 27 and I will have no use for the permanent XP booster. There is only two items in the store I can buy with the credits you have NOT given me yet (face paints and flag patches). I am really tired of not getting this resolved. Customer service said they were aware of the problem and said that I have given them more than enough information to confirm that I bought the game.

    SO WHAT GIVES!?

    Other people have stated that within two days of submitting a ticket that they received all of their content. One week later, I'm still missing $40 worth of items.

    For the 1000 time, read the news and announcements, bro. Submit a support ticket with a copy of your receipt. Nothing is going to happen with you guys complaining here. So do like everyone else had to do. Took less than 24 hours and all my items were downloaded and installed.

    YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF SALES RECEIPT if you want faster service. If not then you are going to have to wait in line behind everyone else that submitted a ticket without a receipt. That is why it's taking so long ( all the scammer ) claiming to be missing items. If you submit a receipt it takes only one day to verify your purchase and authorize the download.

    Did you not read the part when I said I included, "all of my paperwork showing that I bought the Gold Edition from Amazon..."?

    You said it took 24 hours for you. It has been over 8 days since I submitted my ticket with receipts. I have a right to complain when mine has taken over 7 days longer than yours.

    There as far as i have heard/read/been told by customer service no fixes as of yet for people missing the actual season pass. All customer service says about the actual season pass (bus, perm xp booster and showing you own the season pass) is that they are working on a fix and to keep an eye on the forums as even customer service hasn't been told anything. If other people have gotten there actual season pass to show as purchased in your platform store of choice (ps4 for me) then please post and tell us how you managed this amazing feat.

    That's your problem bro, you didn't buy it at the uPlay Store. So Uplay has to contact Amazon, via email send a copy of your receipt. Then wait for Amazon to reply with a verification that you purchased it ( anyone can make a fake receipt ). That is why I never purchase games unless they come from UPlay, Steam, EA or Humble Bundle. Never from a third party, which can cause problems like this/ Even the PS4 people are have issues along with Steam purchasers. So sorry you have to wait for emails to go back and forth, to resolve this.
    I think some people were fooled into buying a standard edition, from third party vendors. Who showed a deluxe or gold edition box and the same on your receipt. But gave them a standard key.

    You should request a refund from Amazon, ) base on the lack of extra content ) then just purchase it on the Uplay store. Bought it for a friend I'm playing with a few days ago and it unlocked in about one hour after purchase.

    Not sure where the post is, but several people had to go to their PS Store / XBox Store. They said when they looked up the game it showed they owned the extra content, but they had to download it first. It doesn't do it automatically. With the PC version it just has to be unlocked, as there is nothing to download.

    Ya, I submitted a ticket as well with both purchase receipts from xbox, images of my current content and what content I should have compared to what I do have. I still am waiting for a response as far as when I should be getting this content. I already beat the game so most of the content I paid for is rather useless now.
