Some days i log on fine and play fine other days i can't get one.It says the FH servers are unavailable at this time .Please try again later with the error code.Usually these are the days i try over and over and over and over and finally get on but then every match either kicks me back out to the main menu or gets stopped and kicked after it starts.

Also,lots of times i can't complete a match due to getting kicked out of the game.

I always make sure my NAT is open.This sucks and im getting toward done dealing with this.

Seems Ubisoft server can't handle 100%, I mean 40% of it's still trying to play the game customers... Ooooohhhhh!!!! Ubisoft just got burnt.

Welcome to the 700000005 club. There aren't many of us from what I've seen but there is literally no answer to this problem. I don't even think ubisoft knows what that error code is because all I've been told is to open the ports on my router, but I have a direct connection to the modem. After I told support I had a direct connection they couldn't help me. I've had this problem since beta and I don't see it being fixed or even acknowledged anytime soon.

Pretty much what DVON stated. If you contact Ubisoft support they're simply going to send you the troubleshooting methods that don't work (in other words its your fault you can't connect to their game). Like I only paid the $60 for this game. I really feel for those who went all in and bought the $100 version and are having this issue. Like, I honestly would have thought this issue would be top priority. And if you aren't aware of the cause, it's the faction war. Whenever you mash A to eventually get in faction war doesn't work. For me, whenever faction war updates I can't log in, and sometimes when faction war updates I get an error code that sends me back to the title screen. It just really saddens me that they won't even make a statement on the issue. Like, just acknowledge that it's a problem and reassure your community that your working on it...

Yeah,i talked with others on Gamefaqs about the issue before coming here.Pretty much the same advice.I had already made sure i port forwarded with a wired connection so...it also tells me faction war is unavailable at this time when i do get in.Im done,selling the game and spreading the word about this game to whoever i can.Ubisofts name is really starting to get bad.Ill make sure to help it stay that way.
