I know there are a few that do but has anyone made a full list of these rally points. And if you have said list would you be so kind as to post it.

Just do the drop off rebel mission until you get tier 3. Which is chopper drop off. Kinda corny. But better then running forever to find a car/Chopper

As the rebels take back control, helicopters will start to appear at the rally points. Due to environmental factors (Dense foliage, high altitude or lack of space), not all rally points have helicopters. Those that do are listed below.

The helicopter spawning at rally points appears to be a bug. I booted up the game today and the helicopters are no longer there.

I will take note when it happens again and try to replicate it.

Okay, got it.

To make the helicopters appear at the rally points, perform 1 spotting mission for the rebels. The map icon looks like an eye and it turns into a parachute when you highlight it. After you complete the spotting mission, the helicopters should spawn at the rally points as listed earlier in this thread.

You do NOT need to do the vehicle drop off side missions to get the helicopters to spawn.

There's one catch, it is not permanent. If you quit to the main menu, it is still okay (Just select Continue).

If you quit the game entirely, the helicopters will disappear when you start the game.

The latest 1.04 patch fixed the spawing issues.

The helicopters now appear at the designated rally points.
