Hey there. Ive been seeing a reaaalllyyy frustrating pattern going on when enemies are seen or unseen. Enemies will appear on the map and suddenly appear around you even if there is no indicator showing you have been seen. Enemies will randomly appear around or in the area unseen. Playing on the hardest difficulty is hard enough but enemies appear out of the blue and i end up losing so much mission progress and taking 3 times longer to finish anything as this constantly happens. Any options or fixes for this?

i had the same problem. But i figured it out that it was cuz of the loading time, or more presizly that my PC was not powerfull to rander fast enought all the graphical details and to popup the enemies where they would be. I used this guide on steam to manage this issue http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile.../?id=881711306. and its relativly good. Now enemies have the time to popup at a distance before i arrive at any location. Try it and check if it is wroking for you.
