Guys I'm really confused. I'm a rep 2 Valkyrie with a 2 overall KD. I dominate in dominion, skirmish, and elimination. Whenever I play elimination, I always win my 1v1 with somebody, no matter what. Its like that in other game modes. I can also handle being double or tripled teamed most of the time without help and I rarely gank people. For some reason though, I seem to lose like literally 80% of my duels. No matter what their level is, even if they are like rep zero level 5, I lose. This pisses me off because I literally beat everyone no matter their armor rating or level (mine is only 37 btw) in other game modes without help from my teammates and without op armor. I don't understand. Is it a mental thing? Btw, I know all of balls combos and I don't spam one thing.

The reason why you lose is because of the mindset of duel.
Dominion is fast paced and you've got other things to worry about. Most people tend to rush and go for a fast kill hence making more mistakes than usual (slow and steady wins the race). Duel however is more mindgame than anything else. Its about planning every move and being ready for the possible answers of your opponent. Furthermore people in duel tend to be far more turtly...they are careful. They won't rush. In duel it's about analyzing your opponent's moves and switching your strategies accordingly. There is no one strategy to "...rule them all".
I don't know you and I haven't played against you (although I'm on XBONE also) so I can't comment on your skill, although my suspicion is that you're a typical spammy dom player that doesn't grasp the concept of parrying/feinting (no offence). My advice would be to take a few breaths in duel. Don't rush in. Dance around a bit especially if you're a valkyrie. Let your opponent make the mistakes.
