I want to buy the season pass, but the shop does not work.

As soon as I click on the item to be purchased it says "please wait till..." and then nothing happens.

Don't even bother anyways. Your save file will probably end up being corrupted in their super cloud and you will lose progress and have to start over and lose what you bought with your credits without any credit refund.
