I play on PC and i don't understand what you mean by "license holder".Originally Posted by o0 DaGnOmE 0o Go to original post
Meaning you were the one who purchased the game as opposed to "game sharing" on a console or other mean. If you are on PC and keep losing your progress then I would wager something is corrupting or deleting your save files. You can submit a ticket to Ubisoft or locate your game save files and try to back them up and see what triggers the corruption/deletion. It is possible it is a install issue or a potential software/hardware issue on your machine. How often does this happen and is there a triggering event? Or is it that you launch the game, play and when you close out of the game and re launch it the save file is not there?
Then yes i'm the license owner. Uplay saves my files to the cloud but it often says that it has failed to synchronize the files, but i have played with my first character several times and there has not been any problems until yesterday when my character was gone and today when my second character was gone.Originally Posted by o0 DaGnOmE 0o Go to original post
Then if you are cloud saving your games it is probably a issue with Uplay and I would contact Ubisoft support and get a ticket going. If your machine is having an issue syncing with their cloud storage and you are trying to push new saves into the cloud it will undoubtedly cause issues. Be descriptive in your ticket, when you bought the game, when you first had the issue and the steps you do to recreate the issue so they can determine if it is a Uplay cloud sync issue. It may also be an issue on your end as well, ensure your NAT type is not strict and you have an open connection to the Uplay servers. You can google how to check your nat type.
