It'd be great where after playing and beating the game once, you could start a new save with all the stuff you unlocked from the first playthrough.
The path I've taken in this game has been heavily influenced by what I can unlock, rather than which missions I would have liked to do first.
With having all that stuff out of the way when starting a new game. I could really play the game how I wanted.

Considering there is no set way to play the game, you chose to walk your own path. Instead of collecting weapons rather then doing missions first you kind of ruined your experience, or so it seems from this post. New Game+ isn't really viable in a game like this with co-op considering you can replay any mission at any time. If you so choose, you could replay the story in a order of your choosing by simply replaying missions.
