So, its just a theory, but, to those of the community who are on the receiving end of error code [7-00000005], which states "The Ubisoft servers are unreachable at this time, please try again later" know that after 30 or more minutes of pressing the A button and it eventually allows the person to start the game, the only feature that doesn't work is the Faction War. For myself, after hard resetting my xbox to enter the game, it generally plays fine until the faction war updates. At that point, I can no longer toggle between Elimination and Skirmish matches and I'm left with the previous Deathmatch title, and I'm certain that once I close my game I'll return to getting the error code.

So, with this information it leads me to believe that there is an underlying issue with your faction war and how it's effecting players connectivity to the game.
