Anyone see this hint at 49/90 in Wildlands?

Hint 49/90 says the following:
Operation Heads:
When you eliminate two out of the four operation heads. El Sueño will react, and you can reach him.


What does that mean? Do you have a chance to capture/kill him?

What it means is...

Spoiler:  Show

You only need to take out/eliminate 2 of the 4 cartel head's to unlock the final mission. Taking out all 4 heads and completing every cartel boss mission will unlock an alternative ending. However even if you haven't seen the original ending, you will still get that first! After which you can replay the El Sueño final mission and get the alternative ending!
