After a couple of years i reinstalled HAWX 2 and when i tried to activate my CD key it came up that the key was registered to my other UBI account.

For the last 2 weeks i've raised a ticket. No reply. For the last 2 weeks i've tried live chat and when i'm down to number 1 in the queue a message pops up that the connection has been lost. Tonight on live chat i've been online for 2 1/2 hours waiting to speak to someone, then the connection lost pop up appears after my long, long wait.

Is this legal how UBISOFT quite happily took my money yet the cd key I OWN and paid for just does work from my STEAM library.

Is trading standards the way forward since it's impossible to live chat or get a response in a ticket i raise?

Yes i know, i have another UBI account which i can't remember what it is, but surely a company like UBI could have the grace to at least acknowledge or reply to me. Absolutely applling company, but i will persevere!!
