Think the speed buff was uncalled for, they already got the damage. What is bothersome is that it's too fast for some classes, e.g. Nobushi, to change guards sometimes. With the bad recovery it seens quite hard to dodge the trip follow up. Given that she now can shield bash between attacks, she can mix a lot of things, thus becoming difficult to defend yourselves agains more creative ones. Imo, it's not op but not balanced either.

imo that speed buff can go back up the *** of the chode that thought it was a good idea. All of her other buffs I support, however.

let me clear something about the valkyrie . The only combo you can't dodge from her is if you are out of stamina and she knock you down. She will be able to perform a full combo within the time you get up on your feet.By that , it mean you will probably hit the mat again followed by a heavy attack.

Berzerker have this ability too,for sure.Dunno if it the case with other heros.I would guess conq as well.

So if you have been caught by a leg sweep before. If what mentioned above happened within the same round you will definitly feel she is spamming leg sweep and might lead to believe it is unblockable.

How about we talk about the valk's inability to recover fast enough to dodge nobushi kick?
Just wanted to say this is incorrect. Valk's 2nd light is the same speed as the first (500ms), where-as PK's 2nd light is faster (500ms then 400ms)

"Simply dodge the sweep" "block the second light" yeah unless your a lawbringer. If the first attack hits, so will the second unless ur already blocking in that direction. And if the second light hits, you CANNOT dodge the sweep no matter what you do, the lawbringer is too slow to dodge/block a lot of that ****, I have tried. No other class in the game besides PK gives me this problem. If I am not the lawbringer, i do not have trouble dodging this or blocking the lights. BUT this is op against the lawbringer, i literally will not duel a valk because of this.

Valk was overbuffed simple as that. The fact her lights are the same speed as PK's is insane. At least PK needs to get really close to do dmg, Valk can just poke from distance. Not to mention her other tools like the sweep ******** which is basically a 50/50.

Her lights are not exactly as fast a PK's (see Aarpian's explanation above). And she doesn't have a true 50/50. Her mixups are reactable and unsafe.

Valk lights are very fast but that's to compensate for how slow her heavies and zones are. i never use heavies with valk unless your on the floor. i will slowly pick away the health with my lights.

the Valk still need a better recovery time after her attacks because its totaly bullsh!t that you can guardbreak her after you just "blocked" attacks like pouncing thrust or that you can give her 2 free heavys (if they are fast enough) if you parryed an light attack.. i mean What the F***
